POLICIES
Beat & Blade, LLC has the right to refuse services to anyone. You must be 18 years of age or older (with valid proof of identification) to receive any permanent makeup services and 15 years of age for teeth whitening. All contact and client information will be secured; and remain private according to HIPAA guidelines. Only the person being treated is allowed in the studio space; and as much as we love children, they are not permitted onsite.
PROCEDURE
Treatments cannot be performed on pregnant, nursing mothers or those prone to keloid scarring. Please refrain from taking blood thinning medication including Aspirin and vitamins such as Fish Oil for at least 3-5 days before procedure. Withhold taking anything with Taxanac, Acutane for 6 months, or Retin-A for at least 2-3 weeks. Avoid taking antibiotics for at least a week before the scheduled procedure. All infection or allergic reactions by a tattoo studio will be submitted and provided to the Texas Department of State Health Services within 5 working days of the occurrence of (or knowledge of) any infection or allergic reaction resulting from the applications of a tattoo.
PAYMENT
Please note that an online non-refundable deposit is required to schedule and secure your appointment for all services with Beat & Blade, LLC. The deposit amount will be applied and deducted from the total service price. Agreement to the pricing terms confirmed at the time of booking your appointment is a requirement. The confirmed rate is non-negotiable. Promotional rates and pricing are subject to change. Payment is due immediately following the services rendered. Acceptable payment methods include cash, Zelle and credit card. ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
CANCELLATION
All appointment cancellations must be made via phone or text to (832) 377-5677 only. If you cancel or miss an appointment, the booking deposit will be forfeited. Clients seeking to reschedule, may do so within 48 hours of their confirmed appointment. Services will be rescheduled upon availability.
LATE ARRIVAL
We ask that our clients arrive promptly for their scheduled appointment to ensure the efficiency for quality results. While there is no fee for late arrivals, the length of the appointment may be reduced due to time restraints. Although we strive to accommodate our clients, they may be asked to reschedule if the established schedule does not permit.
